Rein was VP at Honeywell with 23 years tenure in the company when he learned about the potential at Sigmabond. He soon left his rocketing career and joined Sigmabond to lead the development and commercialization of the company's leading edge technologies. Rein was the principal architect behind Honeywell's largest acquisition deals.

Harry had a busy career as financial / investment manager when he came across the technology of explosion bonding. After digging into it a little further, he saw an opportunity to bring a team of knowledgeable people together, with unique skill sets, to research and explore explosive welding technology in detail, and soon Sigmabond was born. Harry was also instrumental in developing and commercializing implosive splicing technology, which has now become the preferred splicing method in the high voltage transmission industry.

Mr. LaBelle brings a wealth of seasoned experience with over 22 years of international experience in the global mining industry. His most recent role was the successful sale of Norcast Wear Solutions. Prior to that, Mr. LaBelle was COO of Dumas Contracting, Canada’s largest underground hard-rock mining contractor. Previously, he was General Manager of Boart Longyear’s Canadian and international business units, where he was responsible for the management of operations, including the acquisition and integration of several companies in Canada, Brazil, Central America, Russia and Africa.

Roy is the world's most authoritative expert in titanium cladding. He is familiar with all the headaches of the conventional process and has dedicated his career to finding a better way. Together with Sigmabond, he succeeded in finding the quantum leap in the process that is now poised to turn the conventional industry into a thing of the past. Roy has done explosive welding work for Rolls Royce, British Aerospace, NASA, British Steel, Lockheed Martin, and many others.

Alex Szecket Ph.D., P.Eng.

Alex is a learned scholar in the technology of explosive welding and a co-founder of Sigmabond. Alex is the author of several academic papers and his work includes metal powder compaction, cermet consolidation, and many other explosive welding technologies. He has worked for clients such as NASA, US Navy, McDonnell Douglas, Fdn for Technology Argentina, the University of New Mexico and many others.
